— direct, holistic primary care —
We’re moving our private insurance practice to a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model because we love what we do—and we love caring for this community.
Starting January 1, 2026, we will no longer bill private insurance for primary care services. We will continue to accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP) for primary care, and we will still accept all insurances for birth and women’s health (GYN) services.
We’ll keep your insurance information on file for coordination of care (labs, vaccines, prescriptions, and referrals), but primary care visits will no longer be billed to insurance. Instead, your care will be covered through a simple monthly subscription, which can be paid tax-free using your HSA or FSA, and is tax-deductible. You can also submit your receipts to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
We’re making this change because the traditional insurance system no longer supports the kind of relationship-based, thoughtful care we believe in. Too often, we spend valuable time fighting denials or asking permission to provide the care you deserve. Direct Primary Care lets every dollar you spend go directly to your local care team—not through corporate middlemen—so we can focus entirely on you.
100% of your subscription stays here, in this community, supporting exceptional, personal, and values-driven care.
Again, we will continue to accept Oregon Health Plan for all adults and children. There will be no fees for OHP members.
To enroll in our Direct Primary Care model, please fill out this form. Our team will reach out within 2 business days to get you established.
