prenatal visits last about an hour and follow the standard schedule. we focus on comfortable, conversation-based examinations. your midwife will monitor your physical progress and help to address any concerns you have.

all routine labs and ultrasounds (including genetic screening) are collected in-house and processed through external laboratories. We refer to the location of your choice for the 20-week anatomy scan.

nurse-midwives are specially trained to see to the clinical needs of women in all stages of their reproductive life. they spend more time listening and supporting women in meaningful, one-on-one interaction and focus on holistic health and intervening with precision and only when needed. midwifery is evidence-based care at its finest.

we offer a host of pain-relief options to help you have a normal, physiologic birth. The most important service we offer is the constant attention of your midwife. We also have large birth tubs, nitrous oxide, TENS units, aromatherapy, massage therapists, birth slings, and many other options designed to improve your comfort. We also strongly encourage the use of a doula.
postpartum

immediate skin-to-skin, delayed cord-clamping, bonding, breastfeeding.
each family enjoys a $100 credit to any local restaurant for their recovery meal, served in-house. after 4-6 hours the team will help you transition to your home to rest and recover.
