Holistic, Direct Primary Care

Over the years, private health insurance has reimbursed less and less for primary care services - particularly for naturopathic doctors. We love what we do, but we can’t keep up financially. This is, unfortunately, a common theme in the primary care world.

We want to keep serving our community, but we have to make changes to be able to do it sustainably.

As of January 1, 2026, we will no longer be accepting private health insurance for primary care/family medicine.

We will continue to accept Oregon Health Plan for existing and new patients.

We will offer all-inclusive primary care services based on a modest monthly subscription. The subscription can be paid out of your FSA/HSA/HRA tax-free. It can also be paid automatically via any debit or credit card.

With your subscription you will have access to:

• unlimited family medicine office visits, urgent visits, IV therapy, sutures, in-house diagnostics, rapid-tests, etc

• same-day care whenever you need it

• management of labs, prescriptions, referrals, and specialty care

• care and treatment for common illnesses, chronic disease, pain, hormonal imbalances

• all care that takes place in our office is covered (routine visits, lab draws, IVs, sutures, urgent visits, in-house diagnostics)

• 24/7 access to an on-call advice nurse

• We will still keep your insurance on file for referrals, prescriptions, and vaccines

  The monthly enrollment of the subscription is:
  50 per child under 18

  90 per adult over 18

  150 per couple

  200 per family (two adults and any number of children under 18)
